After a refreshing night in your Dades Valley guest house, we’ll start the second day of our unforgettable 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga with a hearty Moroccan breakfast.

We’ll then head towards the breathtaking Todra Gorge, one of the most stunning natural wonders in Morocco.

Towering limestone cliffs rising up to 300 meters frame a narrow canyon where a crystal-clear river flows through.

This spot is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, and photographers.

Its dramatic scenery makes you wonder why it’s not officially listed among the natural wonders of the world.

After enjoying a walk through the Todra Canyon and taking in its awe-inspiring views, we’ll stop for a traditional lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, the adventure continues as we make our way to Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes.

Upon arrival, you’ll meet your camel caravan and embark on a magical camel trekking experience at sunset.

Crossing the endless golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, you’ll witness the desert transform into a palette of glowing colors as the sun dips below the horizon — a highlight of any Morocco desert trip.

Our destination is a charming Berber desert camp, nestled deep within the dunes.

Here, you’ll enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, accompanied by local music around the campfire.

In the morning, wake up early to catch a spectacular desert sunrise before continuing the final leg of your adventure.

Merzouga to Marrakech via draa Valley

On the final day of your 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, wake up early to witness a magical sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes.

After a light breakfast at the camp, we’ll mount our camels once more for the return trek through the golden dunes back to Merzouga village.

From there, our journey continues through the picturesque Draa Valley, famous for its lush palm groves, ancient kasbahs, and traditional Berber villages.

Along the way, we’ll stop in Rissani, an ancient trading town known for its historic palaces, ornate doors, and centuries-old temples — perfect spots for captivating desert photography.

After exploring Rissani's market streets and desert architecture, we head toward N’Kob village, a charming Berber town lined with adobe kasbahs and nestled at the foot of the Jbel Saghro Mountains.

We’ll then pass through Tamnougalt, home to one of the oldest kasbahs in the region, before arriving once again at Ouarzazate.

In Ouarzazate, you’ll have time to enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant of your choice, perhaps sampling a tagine or couscous while admiring the views of this famous desert city.

Finally, we’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass and make our way back to Marrakech, arriving at around 8:00 PM — marking the end of an unforgettable 3 days Morocco desert adventure filled with stunning landscapes, camel trekking, kasbah visits, and authentic Berber hospitality.
